As a Customer Service Employee at Green Bubble, you're responsible for pretty much all customer contact. You make sure our customers get quick help with their question or complaint, and you always aim to resolve it properly. Think of customer contact via:
- Chat
- Phone enquiries
We ask:
- A positive attitude
- A good command of Dutch and English
- An affinity with plants
- A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
