- Enter your email address and click the arrow.
- Enter the 6-digit code from your email.
- In your account, click Green Bubble Points.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to join?
No. You earn automatically with every order. To see or redeem your points, log in with the email address of your order.
I don't have a password. How do I log in?
That's right: at Green Bubble you log in with your email address. You get a 6-digit code by email and enter it. No password needed.
I don't receive a login code. What now?
Wait a minute and check your spam folder too. Use the email address you ordered with. Still no luck? Please contact us.
Where can I see my points?
In your account under Green Bubble Points. There you see your balance and redeem your points.
When are my points added to my balance?
30 days after your payment. That way only orders you keep count.
Which amount do I earn points on?
On the amount of your products after discounts, excluding shipping.
What happens to my points if I return something?
If you return something or cancel your order, the points for that part are taken off your balance again. That is why points only reach your balance after 30 days.
How do I use my reward?
You get a discount code that is valid for 3 months. You can use it on orders from €20, unless the reward states a different amount. It cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Do my points expire?
Yes, if you don't earn or redeem any points for 12 months. You get an email beforehand, and in your account under Green Bubble Points you can see until when your points are valid.
I don't pay in euros. Do I earn points too?
No. You earn points only on orders you pay in euros.
